  • Who will help me if I face some problem while downloading the app?
    We respect your concern and equally take responsibility for the privacy of your data. No one can access our secured database. Our servers are hosted within HIPPA compliant Virtual servers. These servers come standard with Config servers security and firewall. The specific details are purposefully not made public for security reasons but rest assured your data is safe and will not be compromised or shared with any third party.

  • What do I need to do to take consultation online?
    You can take the online consultation via Ayukrt Patient mobile app which is available both on Google Play Store and Apple Store. The e -consultancy can be started in few steps after making requisite payment, with your preferred doctor.

  • Do I have a choice of selecting language of my preference?
    Ayukrt is First and only mobile App, which allow you to select language of your choice. Once you select any one of seven language (English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannard, Bengali), your mobile app home page will display language you selected.

  • How do I enroll for Ayukrt?
    Please send us a mail at enroll.doctor@ayukrt.com, with your contact details and MCI number. Our team will get in touch with and assist you for enrolment.

  • Will I be able to transfer all my existing data to Ayukrt?
    Yes you can import all your existing patient data on your portal. It is very simple; In Add patient page, you will find IMPORT icon, click it and attach data file of your existing patient. For assistance, please mail us at help@ayukrt.com. Our sales team will assist you.

  • Is my patient’s data safe?
